Workshop on Technical Standardization: Bringing Ceramics into the Future Completed

On October 16, 2025, the Workshop on Determining Ceramic Production Standards was held with the participation of Kütahya Mayor, Mr. Eyüp Kahveci. The workshop focused on key topics aimed at improving quality and standardization in ceramic production.

During the event, participants explored the chemistry of clay and future production standards, including critical parameters for raw materials, clay, and glazes, as well as user inspections. Discussions also covered kiln durability and quality tests, the framework for a universal ceramic technical standard for Kütahya, and the innovative use of digital printing and 3D printing technologies in production.

The workshop was carried out in an intensive and productive manner with the participation of ceramic masters, SME representatives, raw material suppliers, academics, and industry experts.
